This company takes it listing off of this website frequently due to its low review average and I’m here to help contribute to that; if they offer you a job say NO. They don’t pay $90k they pay $55k $70k for their favorite drivers. Favoritism is HIGH here regardless of tenure. If you like being second or tenth fiddle for 5 years before they give you respectable money or break out the good knee pads then this is the place for you. If you prefer being treated with respect and dignity from day one then go else where. I don’t have much positive to say about this company other than come here to get off the road quickly then immediately apply for other local jobs.

Pros

Dispatch team is nice and professional, along with two other managers which have to remain unnamed here sadly because those guys deserve praise along with the dispatch team.

Cons

Major pay increases, take away the stupid no scheduled days off rule, treatment from upper management, the “not forced” forced dispatch stigma, favoritism in general from of the driver supervisors (not dispatch). Senior leader wondering why drivers are leaving them while not changing the environment around them for the better; which having a cookout because “drivers are working hard” instead of pay increases is ridiculous and insulting.
