Salary

CT Transportation compensation package includes:

• New pay package starts at 40 cpm, loaded and empty. 
• Stop, detention, breakdown and layover pay included.

CT Transportation offers its employees the following benefits:

• Guaranteed home time: 34-40 hours of consecutive home time each week.
• Regional, short-haul and dedicated lanes available
• $6,000 military bonus for veterans and active reserves

CT Transportation offers paid driver training:

• Paid orientations, Monday – Thursday. $100/day.
• Advanced Driver Training Program (ADTP), Friday – Thursday. $100/day.
• Driver training lasts 3 weeks. $500/week. After driver training, you’ll be transitioned from training to mileage pay within 5 weeks.
