Salary
Pay at Daily Express for company drivers is as follows:
- Base Pay: 23% of Gross Sharable Revenue: Linehaul, Oversize charges, Tarp Charges, Stop-offs.
- Tarp Pay: 23% of Gross Tarp Charge + Additional $15/tarp used (20x20 tarp).
- Per diem tax credit: $52/day
- Payroll: Weekly direct deposit
- Safety Bonus: $250 per quarter = $1,000 annual (*ineligible for 3 months if driver has a preventable accident).
- Advances: Limited payroll advances are available at the Fleet Manager's discretion.
- Profit Sharing: The Company provides a profit sharing Safe Harbor Contribution following 1 full year of service. The Company will make an annual contribution to your account equal to 3% of your wages.
- Holiday Pay: $125/ day There are seven paid holidays per calendar year.
- Orientation Pay: $250
