Independent Contractors:
- 70% of the all-in rate (line haul + fuel surcharge)

Company Drivers:
- Base pay increases of $0.04-$0.08 CPM, depending on experience
- A higher earnings cap. Make up to $.55 CPM!
- Up to $2,400 bi-weekly pay guarantee for OTR Drivers
- 99% no touch freight
- Paid orientation
- Refer a new driver and earn up to a $2,000 bonus
- Any driver who has military experience is eligible for a higher starting rate of pay regardless of how long they have been out of the military. Must be able to produce a DD214.
