I have worked for Diamond Transportation and Logistics for 5 years. I have worked with Karen Wilson and she has been very good to me and my family. I go home whenever I want and take time off for my family whenever they need me. I have direct freight and my job. I have always got my money on time and bonuses.

Karen Wilson is unprofessional , disrespectful and very controlling. Once I realize what I was dealing with I decided to cancel my contract. On my way back to return another company trailer I had to deal with the threats. I started December 8th and quit December 10th, and until this day January 19th I'm fighting her to pay me for my services. You can hate me all day but you will pay me at the end of the day.

You are a liar….you did not work at all in December 2025. You were never employed or contracted with Diamond Transportation. Why don’t you put your name to your fake review please. You had no contract with Diamond Transportation so who you think you are saying all this nonsense….

This driver was terminated for holding a load hostage. You cannot get paid on a load BEFORE you deliver it. Any driver would quit after the first week if they were not paid so he is just a liar. We have a lease agreement. This driver is angry that I reported this on his DAC report. I have owner operator’s that have worked for this company since it started. Of course there is always going to be a driver that get’s mad when he is terminated and being reported on his DAC report.
