This company starts out all great and then they change. Change your home time take your vacation days bc if not you have no pay for some weeks. Wife is ill and I can’t even get home to her when they told me in the beginning they would work with me. Not enough freight. Planners are ridiculous. Load boards need to come back. Management doesn’t care about their own workers and retaliation is a thing.

Pros

I’m in a truck alone.

Cons

Management Pay Home Time Freight stalls out

I drove for DMT for 4 months they gave me everything I need except they only gave me 2 boxes of bungie cords that’s not enough, truck ran 70 mph and a camera but facing outward they didn’t track your speed it was crashes only,my pay sucked I took home less then $800 every week

Pros

No driver facing camera

Cons

27% of the load which is pathetic

The management are the worst there at this company. The management is the main reason why drivers are not satisfied there. They don't know proper load planning. They will have Drivers sit for days before finding them a load. There freight is also cheap. Drivers do yourself a favor and stay away. Let this company burn on there own

Pros

Cheap freight

Cons

Cheaper freight

P&S owns 28 companies, but your pay(loaded miles only)will never go up because the 2 owners like their money to much,if P&S would pay drivers cents per mile we would all be rolling in great money, and when most other companies govern their trucks at 70 mph DMT trucks are at 65 mph regardless of your experience,it’s best to buy your lease truck and re-lease it to the company, and the cameras with tell the company if you look away from the road to long(distracted driving)and easy way to fire you

Pros

Awesome dispatch, safety, and the ops manager, they do their best to keep you roloing

Cons

Pay is to low for the work you do,trap pay is a joke, speed of trucks to low, home time(if they can get it)don’t make appt for home time, you’ll miss them, bunk heater will turn off during the night, revenue for the truck is way to low which means so is your pay
