Most companies I worked for don’t compare to Dolche. This is a small family owned company and definitely different. I’m happy with how they treat me and the miles I get. I also got a few bonuses over the past few years. Trucks and trailers are maintained on time and with synthetic oil. Reliable equipment and reliable staff. Good people.

I have been with them since 2017. I was an owner operator first and over the years I had chosen to drive as a company driver. They have helped me many times with personal finances and overall very understanding when I needed time off for an extensive period of time. I truly feel like they are my family and they certainly treat like that.

Terrible, VERY BAD STAY AWAY, they’ll hold the Escrow when you leave, they make you sign a contract, if you leave you have to write a letter and wait 30 long, loosing money days... usually most of companies are 15 days, even if you tell dispatch 30 days before it doesn’t count they want a written notice, Ridiculous on my point of view. They’ll basically steal the escrow from you, and that was your earnings, doesn’t belong to them... RUN RUN RUN FROM THOSE PEOPLE!!!!!!????????????????
