I’ve only been here since mid October, but everyone in the company had stood by their word. 100% of what I was told has happened. I get the miles and the home time. I can’t say enough about the professionalism within the company from top to bottom.

This company pays $25 per good review & tells those employees not to mention it. The trucks look pretty but they act like the company is going bankrupt when repairs are needed. They don't care about their drivers at all. Don't try to quit because they will put false information on your DAC report. They will scream at you like you are a child & not allowed to quit. The owners, old man & son have anger management issues. They will give you great miles for 3 weeks then it's a toss up. Or they will push you beyond capacity & blame you for not being on time.

Nice looking trucks.Other than that steer clear. Don't trust the good reviews AT ALL.

Cons

Dishonest because they pay for good reviews and/or have people in the office write good reviews after bad ones. Put lies on DAC report if you quit . Cheap with repairs. Trailers from Leonard's Express break down down constantly. Leonard's wi say you were an owner operator & lie about why you left to destroy your DAC Report.

Great company to work for. Great miles every week and get home when requested. Excellent equipment to drive. Haul refrigerated loads along with some dry loads.

Double J transport cares about their employees. They will accommodate you. In any situation you have , truck issues, home time issues, more money needed issues, need to be home due to family issues they have you covered. Loving my job great place to work.
