Was a great company before Trimac bought them out, none of the things they promised were kept, was told no driver facing cameras and they were installed. Insurance was still expensive no new equipment except for new trucks to their favorites no new trailers just junk transferred in. The dispatchers show favoritism. The shop has you in all the time for some kind of maintenance inspection, they only run recaps on their drives and trailers. The safety manager watches you all the time and lies saying he doesn’t but several drivers has seen him doing that.

Pros

Great home time if you like that

Cons

The trailers are junk, constantly lied to about the loads constantly broken down due to old trucks and recap tires Driver facing cameras

Would not recommend working for them. Worked for them for four months, was broke down more than I worked, was put in to four different trucks and every one of them broke down on the road on me. Average pay was four to $500 a week. The biggest check I got while there was $1000. Dispatchers have their favorites they give the good loads to. This is a God’s honest review. Choose wisely.

Pros

Hometime.

Cons

Subpar equipment, couldn’t make money when you were broke down constantly. They run Macks that are constantly breaking down. They have new freightliners, but they’re going to their senior drivers.

Great company to work for if you like being fired ten days before thanksgiving with small children at home, mostly due in part to NON STOP equipment failures. So many pieces of equipment broken that men couldn’t even work and were constantly HUSTLING to make up for lost time Worked 3 years with not a sick day, moved to another state, missed funerals and holidays, bent over backwards for THIS company. Equipment failures are FREQUENT, and they WILL affect your PAYCHECK and HOME TIME.

Pros

When the equipment is working well, and the safety guy isn’t driving in front of you, under the speed limit, causing a delay in your already long day the job does pay well.

Cons

Safety guy Equipment failures Inadequate compensation for lost time

This company actually cares about its employees. I'm not just a number here. The office people know me by my name and ask about my family when I come in. The pay is good and getting better. Hometime is good. The dispatcher actually works with my schedule to help me be home when I need do which is more than I can say for most places. Insurance is cheap for me, not terrible for my family. Overall, best place I've ever worked. Won't go anywhere else.

Pros

Good equipment, caring staff, fair pay
