One truck company, inexperienced owner. After compensation agreement changed terms after I started. Changed direction of company then used that decision to not pay me on time promised to pay once new opportunity came through. I worked for him for only a month out of the nearly $4000 owned was only paid $700. Took owner to small claims court he was served but didn’t show up I won judgement but have yet to collect anything. Filing new lawsuit soon.

Pros

Owner Donald Washington lll former nfl player communication is positive and church background is inspirational although that doesn’t last

Cons

Faulty equipment Pay- was not paid for time and work completed (small claims case filed and I won judgement) Deceiving practices both with driver and with brokers. After we came to agreement on returning truck, he threatened to report truck stolen. Since I left, I worked with a different company that brought his truck and new driver into their loads were also lied to and failed to pay for cost of major repairs new company paid for after his truck broke down
