I've been with this driver recruiting company for a little over two years and have been on the road for a total of seven years. In my experience, things just keep improving here. Currently, I earn $0.65 per mile, and they recently introduced a pay protection program. This new program ensures that if I'm working consistently and not taking more than 40 hours off per week, I'm guaranteed a base pay of around $1500 per week. The equipment provided by the company is top-notch. The trucks are well-maintained, and the trailers are primarily new models. They're continually adding new trailers to the fleet and selling off the older ones. I've had the pleasure of working with two dispatchers during my time here, and both have excelled in their roles.
