This has to be the worst company I have ever worked for. They took every opportunity to cheat me out of pay that was due to me. The first three weeks I was with them as a owner operator I was in the hole 3000 dollars. And it only grew from there. Almost taking me to the brink of bankruptcy. But was able to get out before that happened. They will be proud to know they did how ever cost me my home and a new truck I could no longer pay for. Please stay far far away from these people. They know how to run freight and keep every dime and run you in to the ground tell you have nothing left. And they don't lose one wink of sleep. This is just one thing that will explain how bad it can get. I had a blow out on my truck call road service had it repaired paid for it with my credit card and they took it out of my settlement. When I called them on it I was told they didn't know what the big deal was. It was $450.00 I paid twice.

Pros

Nothing

Cons

Every bad thing that might happen will. And you are the one that foots the bill.

They steal 2 percent from you off of every paycheck Dispatcher has a communication barrier idk you could just that these people from overseas feast of all animal products You will not get back your escrow or final paycheck if you leave so plan accordingly .. Trucks are pretty cool properly maintained Routes are awesome they’ll send to wherever is preferred .. Overall 2.75/5 They steal way too much money from the drivers

Pros

You will get paid on time no litigation, reimbursements are all on point, and they will send you to where you want to go ..

Cons

They bring you in at 30 percent and drop you down to 28 when you get there and oh you will not get back your escrow; they will block you on every platform and pretend you damaged their truck ..
