Great company not sure about all these bogus reviews. been here fo bout 2 months now. they dont even check reviews cuz i asked my recruiter and he had no idea. they are a solid company with good support for owner operators. they do have alot of fleet owners which the fleet owner hires the drivers themselves. good comp tho.

Pros

freight that pays decent and good people

Cons

i cant think of any at all

This has to be the most dishonest company I’ve ever worked with, recruitment was the WORST part of it all all they did was lie and try to cover their tracks idk how that person was even hired. Dispatch and safety helped out the best they could !!! 1,000 STOLEN from me, my equipment STOLEN and fraud shop tried to STEAL my truck parts to give to someone else

I was bribed with breakfast and $20 to leave a review and then threatened with legal action if i chose to leave the company, orientation was a joke and forced to take a load the same day so they can expedite their scam process. scam likely call came in begging me to start first day saying i can make $7k in my daycab and dispatch told me otherwise

Pros

none

Cons

Starting off was very rough the first 2 weeks especially when you as broke as i was and completing the escrow payments. it took about 45 days for huge turn around on load pay and for the dispater to get on track. i quickly found talking to dispatcher about everyting and the safety lady and the load pay did keep getting better. i was averaging 16500.00 a month take home after deductions just from talking to my dispatcher now for maintenace i found out quickly i was not listing the trailer defect correct and no one was getting my issues then one day i receaved message from the safety lady with training instructions and i found out when you get a message from the safety lady they help you with updated info and when i started reading old message from the safty lady i was loging better and saving time on my logs and wasnt long i was dispatched in to get tires on the trialer. my wife became ill i called the safety lady talk to her on what give me the orientation on what i needed to do to leave the company becauz i need to sell my truck and take local job. this safety lady told me to work as long as i could bipass all tolls get my paperwork sent in and give a 2 week notice return all of the company equipment and i did all them things. they payd me all my pay held my escrow for one month giave me my maintence savings right then it took just a few day under 90day and returned all of escrow. if i go back to truck driving i will go back to this company they did me right and i hope the safty lady is still here. i got a call from the safety lady about 2 months later she check on me and my wife and she let me know they company had a company truck if i wanted to come back i couldn't my wife was with probs.

Pros

the safty lady

Cons

the 2 3 weeks are hard it will get better just talk about the issues the will listen if you talk to that guy josh and that safty lady
