They were a great company when they actually tried to keep the agreement of 4 to 5 out but that is just fluff now. They have had a lot of turnover in the office and it has only made things confusing and inconsistent at best. They pay is average but don't expect them to approach you for that raise you are told you are gonna get during recruiting. You will have multiple stops for pick ups in CA and you better ask for and keep track of retention pay, even if you do it may be forgotten in the long run. They have trackers and in cab cams but your phone number will be given to brokers and they will call while you are in sleeper. If you are a new driver or don't mind being lied to a bit they have a seat for you. Good luck.

Pros

The equipment is normally in good shape the drivers who don't perform pre or post trip on the trailers will not be held responsible. You will spend time correcting others mistakes but it's cool because one of the 2 drivers in your truck will get 25 dollars for breakdown pay if you ask for it. Nothing better than picking up your load and going to sit in the shop for 8 to 9 hours to get it fixed.

Cons

4 to 5 out is an outright lie. Plan on 6 to 7 minimum and if you have an appointment at home that week plan on not getting a load which means no check. That said there are far worse companies to work for but this is not the company it was in years past

My husband and I started with this company a couple months ago. We run to AZ or CA and yes I do say that we do wait to pick up produce but its produce it comes straight from the fields to our trucks. The longest we have waited was a day in southern AZ. Shelley was our recruiter and she was always up front and honest and even when we was already hired on I know we can call her and she would go beyond the call of her job to help us. We love this job.

Pros

Equipment dispatch management home weekly recruitier

Cons

Got to wait 90 days for our insurance to come effective

Lies start with the recruiter Shelly. Bad dispatch. Sit for hours. No home time when supposed to be home. Sucks. No one can give you answers or help. The owner is just as bad.

Pros

Not a bad run if they get you in and out.
