U are paying their fuel cost and maintenance repair for their equipment which is no good. Also the area which they are located is bad. I am currently employed there, today is my last day. I promise you if you work there as a driver, you will regret it. As a rent to lease operateor I found myself paying them every week , I did Refer and dry van.. I only got 7- 9 hundred mile loads you are paying for fuel, they will never let you see the raycom. No fuel sure charge, or rate unless you beg them. YOU WILL NEVER MAKE ANY MONEY AT EOS. The worst job I have ever had, they are worst then (SuperEgo...) I promise you that. But go for it. Today date is (12/12/ 25 ) it's 8:46 am . And you will have to find ur own way home if you quit like I did.

Pros

THERE ISN'T ANY PROS as a driver at EOS

Cons

A RIP OFF, They will charge 1016 for the truck and fuel not added u can only fuel at Lovers and you pay for apps insurance and alot of #### and you will only haul cheap freight a 1000 here 1600 there at 7 to 9 hundred mile loads or more. Don't do it frfr
