To much inexpensive from terminal manager and dispatchers. Upper management will tell you they will assess a situation. You need get a answer

Pros

Good insurance. 10 paid holidays.

Cons

They run a day cab local driver on long loads and road drivers on local loads. NmmThey work out of town truck's over it's own drivers. They say it's first in first out dispatch but it isn't. No showers at terminal and since you have to check trailers you get dirty. Closest showers are over 30 miles away and if you have to go load your stuck at shipper overnight dirty

If you're a owner operator you do good. If you're a company driver look elsewhere. You can get a local job and be home every night for the same money

Cons

They will deny it's a seniority dispatch but it is. The out of town driver's take the long load's so your stuck with the short load's. When all you get is 1 short load for the day $150 isn't much money plus they only pay 24 percent

I wish I didn't leave my old job. You'll be told you can make all this money but you won't. You'll be told about all these long loads but you'll get mostly short loads. If you want to gross $1200 a week and sleep in the truck with these local loads it's a great place .

Ergon is the best Trucking CO, in the world bar none just like winning the lottery every week lol, excellent people in every position, excellent safety, pay is great good benefits and safety bonus out and back 24 hour load Windows most of the time

I'm here in Channelview now. It's a slow process but everything so far is fantastic. There benefits package and pay package is outstanding. The equipment is great as well. I will say that they stand behind the driver and don't expect you to take any crap from customers. Will update when I know more.
