Harrisburg terminal is notorious for getting driver out late. This is because about 2015 a lot of experienced dock workers retired/quit. They have been struggling to fill that void ever since. Dock workers quit regularly. Line haul managers have your back.

Pros

The company has no debt. They own all the terminals, trucks and trailers. So they can pay very competitive wages.

Cons

They've been purchasing only automatics for 3 yrs now. They break down more often than manuals. The dispatch is caught in the middle between a short staffed dock and a waiting room full of drivers. Upper management is on them to get the drivers rolling.
