Unfortunately a very disorganized and financially unstable company. Mismanaged from top down, inconsistent policies, no maintenance scheduling, no support from corporate for terminal managers. Payroll is consistently in error and no one seems to have authority to make decisions.

Pros

Payrate is comparable.

Cons

No guidance or direction, expectations for job descriptions.

Honest review , I was in violation trying to get home with mail for over month due to having a 4.5 -5 hour route in the mountains during the winter while the driver i was meeting was late everyday also because they kept having temporary drivers fill in for them. Also the communication is horrible, I gave them my everything working 6 days a week and when I asked for a break I got fired. Also the manager MARCUS hit my car and lied about it to HR , when I tried to file a claim they denied it because they didn’t have proof and he stopped answering my texts/returning my calls . And the recruiters will say anything and lie to get you in that seat.

Pros

They had consistent work when I was there

Cons

Management, pay, dispatch, communication, safety

Since buying the Ritter companies in 2019, Evo has absolutely destroyed this once proud and thriving trucking company here in Laurel Maryland. Equipment in constant disrepair to the point the property looks like an absolute junkyard for tractors. They can't even afford to keep tires in stock. They #### those junk trackers for whatever tires might be left on them just to get by. That's just one example. The only positive thing I can say is that your pay is always correct and on time every week. However, that is only because there is a holdover in our office that has been here for around 20 years that takes care of that for us. I would not recommend my worst enemy in my work here.

Pros

Pay

Cons

Absolutely horrible communication, equipment in constant disrepair, and no respect whatsoever for tenured drivers.
