Kids, fresh out of college running the office, no drivers. No one has a background in transportation and logistics. Owner-operators stay away from F2F TRANSPORT.

Racism is a major issue here! They treat their white drivers much better than their black drivers. If you want to lease onto a company that openly shows racism F2F is the place for you. Management never respond to your email or concern it’s a constant fight here

i only worked at f2f for 8 weeks then i had to come back to home to run local due to family member health if i decide to get back out there f2f is the company i will go with/ this company has three divisions [1] Select- you book your own loads off any load board of your choosing [2] Assist- they assist you in booking your own loads [3] Direct- they completely book all loads for you and you're home every weekend this was the division i was in i left in May 2025 i averaged between 2200- 2500 take home after all deductions weekly-I'm still waiting for my escrow so ill let everyone know how that turns out previous companies have screwed me out of my escrow im waiting to see what this company do

Direct division dispatch team i give five stars-home every weekend-75% drop and hook-85% light loads-kept me moving everyday

I ran I-75 corridor and Atlanta traffic always a nightmare -some loads were heavy live load and unload-a lot of in the mountains-other drivers not reporting trailers needing repairs and you get stuck with it- you can lose a whole day waiting on f2f to approve the repairs even when it's just something as simple as a mud flap missing

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!. I've driven for 38+ years and this is the worst by far company I've ever worked for. They will have you run the loads and then not pay you for them. You will not get the "ESCROW" money back, because you CAN'T return their equipment. Tried with signature required... Denied.. DON'T, JUST DON'T!!! Had to leave after 2 months. So far in the hole, it wasn't even funny. Only paid for loaded miles, no down time pay.. and trust me, they will have you waiting at a location for your next load until you are almost out of time. Making $0 for hours on end... AGAIN... DON'T DO IT!!! RUN AS FAST AND FAR AS YOU CAN!!!

I'm absolutely satisfied with the performance and professionalism of my driver advocate and overall service of F2F Transport. Your work ethic is greatly appreciated! Nothing is perfect in this business but I see first hand how hard that you work to take care of your drivers. Working after hours at home making sure that we are taken care of.
