Never work for 5F. They scam owner Operators. 5F dispatches a load without a destination until one gets loaded. While 5F company can pre-plan a driver for a load, sending a driver to pick up a load without a known destination, or forcing them to accept undefined, unsafe, or unknown routes, constitutes coercive, illegal forced dispatch. Regulations require that drivers have clear, safe, and lawful information for all transportation. I'm getting every Owner Operators to join me in a law suit to shut 5F down.

First off P. Ranjan the owner of Vorto/LoHi/5F should be ashamed of himself for poor business etiquette. Read your reviews, you've taken advantage of everybody who makes your money, that's office staff to the drivers who keep your lights on and have stuck it out through the rough times to save face and keep us all employed. Shameful excuse for a business owner. Nobody's getting paid on time except for you and we're getting charged for next day pay. People are upwards of 60 days out on pay. This place is a joke. Glad I left, he will run you broke to no return. And on a side note, his safety guy FREDDY from Colorado is a total toolbag with little man syndrome. F this place

Vorto LoHi 5F is failing miserably! We are charged for next day pay and our loads are being held for over a month in some cases. There is zero support. Everything is overtrucked and majority of drivers are non English speaking. Vorto LoHi 5F is harboring non English speaking drivers which is against federal law. They take advantage of these drivers to continually to drive the rates down to nothing. Halliburton needs to step in and shake the cage of this broker. They treat you like they are the carrier rather than the broker with constant threats. The insurance dept is an absolute nightmare with constant emails threatening to be removed for non compliance. There are no live dispatchers or support. Vorto needs to sell this app to a company that actually understands this type of technology. The middle easterner that created this app is absolutely clueless!! Vorto LoHi 5F is the Temu version of trucking!!!!

Every review with a 1 star is true, this brokerage will rob you blind. They promise you work but when you arrive it is nothing they promised. They can get away with it because 90 percent of the carriers on the platform are Nigeria or Mexican so they have no problem with cheap rates. The managers of the ETX/STX region JM and J are very rude and disrespectful. Just before I left drivers was abandoning chassis on staging pads that is how bad it is and drivers not making money. Halliburton is about the only customer they have and they are stealing detention time and claiming it is not being paid by the customers, they claim 24 hours but you never sit 24 hours but you will burn your 14 hours sitting with NO PAY and then all of a sudden the well is back working. They do not want the carriers to ask any questions, it's just take it or leave it.

company plays favorites, they consistantly over truck locations so you may run one day then sit two, if you need help with an issue it is not available
