Worst racist place i ever work, for Dispatch has run off so many drivers. If you mess up you better be white if not youll get fired. They will fired you for no reason and when you try to filed for unemployment theyll lie about why they fired you. Owner gets bonus pay from companies to give to drivers and owners keeps the money until he feels like giving it to the drivers. If they tell you you need cone to the office for a safety meeting, they expect you to go and dont expect to get pay for it cause they dont pay none of that even tho is against the law. Yeah worst place i ever work for. Only white people get the new trucks and best loads. You could work for years with them and have an old truck and when a whote new guy comes right away they give him the new and best loads . Worst place to work and worst company to call
