Well this place was a good place but they lost all their contracts for california and also hazmat tnt that they had for decades and they been spending more money than they make and been decreasing the fleet size from 40 trucks to 5 and now they filed for chapter 13 not to mention the owner Kyle is a horrible person would rather push you down in the hallway rather than say hello but if your happy with all.that and $500-$700 a week than have at it
Cons

Dispatch and management cannot seem to be on the same page. Not to mention being bullied into a camera being put in my truck even though it is not a company truck. Appointment times make no sense when load is booked and they leave alot of money on the table when booking loads, ranging from 1.75 to 2.50 on average. These loads come up short on pay and desire for the current driver to want the loads being provided by dispatch. If you have a problem then when it is brought to the attention of safety and management then there is retalliation. Safety is a joke here as they will tell you to run a load illegally when it is convient for them. I have great hope that there will be changes in the future to management and operations for the better.
Pros
pay, hometime, equipment.
Cons
inattentive dispatch, no dispatch at night, retalliation for complaints, inconsiderate management
