I worked for this company for six months, they are the most corrupted company in trucking industry. They don’t have enough load, they don’t pay detention, they make you to put time in and time out on the BOL but don’t pay, they keep the money, they don’t pay truck down pay, they make the drive to get to their IL contracted shop but don’t pay driver for truck down pay, they don’t pay for cancelled loads, they don’t pay for layovers. They will charge drivers for DOT inspections if company get violation even if is not PTI related. They charge drivers for ELD related issues even it is wrong workmanship. They don’t pay the deposit if driver leaves the company.
Other Chicago based companies such as EMR Express, Freight Union, True Nation are paying 70 cents or more per miles.

Seriously, go with company with caution. They will rip you off in a minute. Maintenance is by impossible to get anything done. I think they seriously just swap trucks and put them back out. Plan to lose deposit and last week. I would advise you stay far away from this company.

I’ve been driving for over 10 years and this is one of the more stable companies I’ve worked for. No micromanaging, fair pay, and steady freight. They don’t overpromise and they don’t play games with miles.
Trucks are newer and well maintained. Maintenance handles issues quickly and doesn’t cut corners. I’ve had very little downtime compared to other companies I’ve worked for.
Pros
Loads are planned well and there’s no constant last-minute chaos. The company is organized, safety-focused, and professional. If you show up and do your job, they take care of you.

Camilion trucking company be carful scamers...they charge you and hold last 2 checks ..they will keep promising you i lot of stuff but realistically truxks never have maintenance when you call to fix something always they will tell you to wait into chicago

I’ve worked here a little over 2 years. I took some time off while my wife gave birth so I could be home and help with our first child and the company supported that. Im excited to be back on January 1st.
I love the team and really missed my dispatcher. Can’t wait to get in my new 2026 Volvo and start running again, especially with those $2,500+ weekly checks. Working hard to make sure my kid has the best. Proud to be with this company.
