Been with Forsage for some time now and overall it’s been a good experience. In trucking nothing is perfect, but they’ve been fair and straightforward with me. Communication is good, dispatch answers, and they keep you moving if you want to work.
The nice part is they don’t play games with loads and they treat drivers with respect. If you stay consistent and manage your time well, you can do very good here. This company works best for drivers who know how to run independently and handle business professionally. If you like to work and stay on the road, Forsage can be a solid place to be.

Reliable pay, quality equipment, and respectful management. Glad I made the switch to this company. I appreciate how organized everything is. Routes are planned well and management actually cares about driver feedback.

I currently work for them and honestly i'm surprised that anyone has anything bad to say about this company. Steady miles, pay is in my account Saturday mornings, new truck and new dryvan trailer. i got charged once for speeding, but man i did bring points to the company and hurt my fellow drivers that will most likely get inspect, good thing they hired a lawyer and dismissed it from my record, i pay for OCC and escrow but that's all. I make good money and really like my dispatcher. That's it
Pros
everything fits my needs

I worked for this company for six months, they are the most corrupted company in trucking industry. They don’t have enough load, they don’t pay detention, they make you to put time in and time out on the BOL but don’t pay, they keep the money, they don’t pay truck down pay, they make the drive to get to their IL contracted shop but don’t pay driver for truck down pay, they don’t pay for cancelled loads, they don’t pay for layovers. They will charge drivers for DOT inspections if company get violation even if is not PTI related. They charge drivers for ELD related issues even it is wrong workmanship. They don’t pay the deposit if driver leaves the company.
Other Chicago based companies such as EMR Express, Freight Union, True Nation are paying 70 cents or more per miles.
Pros
No pros with this company
Cons
Rude dispatch, not enough loads, bad management, don’t return deposit, don’t pay layovers, detention, cancelled loads, truck down pay

Seriously, go with company with caution. They will rip you off in a minute. Maintenance is by impossible to get anything done. I think they seriously just swap trucks and put them back out. Plan to lose deposit and last week. I would advise you stay far away from this company.
Pros
They got good dispatching
Cons
Too many to write. Crooked Russian, Romania, Moldova, Ukrainian Chicago company. As long as everything goes perfect. Your OK.
