Wow! I came here with a lot of trust issues, but I was wrong and I am so happy that I gave them a chance! Recruiting was real from the beginning telling me that I can make money if I am a good driver and for real my check is always between $2,500 and $3,000 as lease to purchase driver. My dispatcher is also great, she helped me a lot when I had a family emergency. Thank you FWC! It is a pleasure to be part of this team.

Been running with FourWays for a bit now, and honestly, it’s been a good ride. My recruiter was straight up with me from day one, no games, no fake promises. Management actually picks up the phone when you need something, and the maintenance guys get stuff fixed fast. Trucks are solid, pay's always on time, and they treat you like a person, not just a truck number. Hard to find that these days. Glad I made the switch.

All good, the dispatch is nice and sending me in good areas. Also the recruiting department is very helpful and always here to help me with hotels and Ubers when needed.

First off let me start off by saying over here fourways is a family oriented trucking company. Everyone knows by my name they all keep in mind how YOU wanna run theyll give you all the miles you can run up to. From the office to maintenance to dispatch all give you the best experience a driver can have. All trucks are well maintained I can honestly say I do not feel like a robot here or a number here. When I need to get home I get home without any problems they but your responsibilities and well being first, s/o to Matt was my driver manager but now in office and still contacts me and check and see if I'm still having a great experience which I am. I've had unexpected deaths in my family and they made sure to get me home with no questions and contact me to see how I'm holding up. These people are great here at Fourways and I'm glad to be apart of the team!

After a month driving for this company I think I can comment. First, I'm a lease operator for 4 Ways Cargo. They are based in the Chicago area and are owned by eastern Europeans. I know right off the bat it'll make you cringe BUT they are the best company in the Chicago area. They really do work with drivers in any way possible from home time to get the best loads. I follow along with them on rates to see if they were pretty close to accurate. Believe it or not they are. If not actually better. I worked many companies in my 25+ years and I can't still believe they are in my opinion top 3 companies I have ever driven for. My dispatcher (Steven) is becoming not only my dispatcher but a friend. He listens to my concerns and will fix anything he has the power to if he can't. If he can't he'll reach out to someone who will. That's my honest opinion about 4 Ways Cargo in the month I been here. Looking forward to the future to see what else in store for me with this company
