I came in a little skeptical because of past companies, but Four Ways has been straight with me since day one. No pressure, no micromanaging, just “run your truck and we’ll support you.” My dispatcher checks in, not to bug me, but to make sure I’m good. Home time has been exactly when I asked for it. If you’re a driver who actually wants to work and make money, this place will treat you right.

Great equipment great miles, they've been amazing from the start and have went above and beyond my expectations. Truly open door and able to talk to anyone. (with respect to their time and availability.) Have treated me like family and do their best to help me succeed. Never have had a problem getting home.

Wow! I came here with a lot of trust issues, but I was wrong and I am so happy that I gave them a chance! Recruiting was real from the beginning telling me that I can make money if I am a good driver and for real my check is always between $2,500 and $3,000 as lease to purchase driver. My dispatcher is also great, she helped me a lot when I had a family emergency. Thank you FWC! It is a pleasure to be part of this team.
