It's a good company. They give you good miles, so you can make decent money. The people in the office are alright, easy to work with. I've enjoyed my time here, and it's good to see them growing this fast

Paying more than others! Brand new trucks, fully loaded, cant complain at all. Strong dispatchers and management! Very well established company. Can't ask more, the pay is always on time!

I drove here almost a year. Overall good place to work. Dispatch treat you fair, don’t bug you with stupid stuff. Trucks are in good shape, they fix things quick if something breaks. Pay always on time, no games. I left for personal reasons, not cause of the company. If it wasn’t for that, I’d still be here. There’s plenty of miles and steady work. If you wanna work and make money, this is a solid place to be.

Pros

Pay on time They let you do your job

Cons

Not much home time

I used to think most trucking companies were all the same, but Gabe Trucking is definitely different. I felt it pretty quick after I started. They seem to actually put drivers first, and it's not just talk. You can see it in the equipment, the pay, and just how they treat you. Their pay system is pretty unique, in a good way. You actually get paid for a lot of the extra stuff that's just part of the job, not just the miles. You get your base, plus extras for things like tarping or partial loads. It's hard to explain, but it feels fair. It's the kind of place you have to experience to really get it. They do have strong company values, but it's not like you have to be religious to work here. I'm not, and I fit in fine. Just be a good person and do your job well. It's really one of the best places I've worked for
