Salary
Pay for drivers at Gardner Trucking is as follows:
- Regional Flatbed positions hourly for Class A drivers in CA for $18.00/hr plus OT after 40 hours. In OR $17.00/hr
- Regional Flatbed positions hourly for Class B drivers in CA for $17.00/hr plus OT after 40 hours
- Some positions are paid by Load
- OTR Dry Van Driver positions are mileage based pay
