Been going downhill since I joined. Equipment that was nice and shiny is junk. Work is very spotty, on and off. Forced dispatch. Lousy benefits, the health insurance is cheap-for you, but outrageous for your spouse and family. Hardly any pto the first three years. Management will not hesitate to bully you. Turnover rate is high.

Great company to work with. Office staff is helpful, equipment is well maintained, and making good money. If you are willing to work, you can be successful at Genox.

I really hate this job. I’m just here, trying it make it work. These people make it so hard on the day to day. They don’t care about us. I just want to make this work. I’ve been here a year and it’s a constant uphill battle.

Pros

We do get a free truck payment every month with a fifth Friday

You’re just a guy making a truck move.

Genox is a really great place to work. Been here just about 5 years no issues. Truck almost paid off! Plenty of work to go around. Great staff, great equipment. I'll be here till I retire.

No forced dispatch, freedom to run your own business the way you want.

Go somewhere else. These guys dnt care about anything or anyone. The place is a dump. The trailers are rat holes on wheels. The owner is a moron and the management are worse. Was here two years. Regret it.
