Pros

Decent pay w/ a guaranteed minimum of $1200 meaning they will bump your pay up if your route earns you less pay. They pay for your hotel room during your 2 day routes.

Cons

Day cabs w/ long routes so if you go to NYC and get stuck in traffic thus losing drive time your SOL on finding somewhere to sleep. They want a pre trip on every tractor and trailer daily but don't fix anything unless you go to the maintenance guys yourself and tell them what's wrong. It's the only food service company I know of that has the driver unload a palletized 53' trailer solo.
