Way to much micro management it's gotten out of control . This company doesn't pay its drivers for their experience ,this is a major failure on their part and also you are forced to take 34 hrs off every ;:%@!! weekend and
it doesn't matter if you have the hours to run they just want you to have a fresh clock to run on Monday morning because it makes the planners job easier all while sacrificing the drivers time and mental health sitting at a truck stop every weekend with out pay .
Pros
The equipment is new and 99% of the staff at the terminal are pleasant to work with
Cons
Forced 34 hr rests every weekend, low driver retention , very low pay for experienced driver's

This used to be a decent company before 2024, but not anymore. You'll get sent to quite a few nasty tight places that waste 10 to 20+ hrs of your time every week, no you don't have a choice either. Miles are usually medicore to poor, there's way too many live unloads. Dispatchers keep quitting constantly due to them being over worked, so you dont have time to establish a good relationship with one like we used to.
They have an atrocious habit of sending you to ridiculous 24 hr shippers when you're low on hours with 50 trucks already in line waiting, and expect you to stay overnight and have your sleep interrupted to get in docks to load while you do your 10 hr breaks, which i personally hated the most. Very disrespectful of drivers in my opinion.
In 2025 in particular, they introduced an e-smart program that forces your truck to do the speed limit, sometimes it acts up and doesn't let you do anywhere near the speed limit in random places. They also introduced a program that tracks your on time deliveries and fuel usage/mpg and you will be reviewed every week.
It is an absolute mess right now, I would not recommend working for this company. They may say they run all 48 states but you'll mostly feel like a regional eastern mid west driver who also spends a good deal of time on the east coast. Lots of short loads, multi stops, way too much time wasting.
My review sounds very negative but I gave it 3 stars. Primarily because prior to 2024, I'd have likely rated it 4 out of 5. They used to have more drop and hooks, longer loads, less micromanagement. They still mostly have good trucks, trailers, equipment, and staff/office personnel. I think the recent changes to the company came down from higher up in corporate, Im not blaming the low to mid level management personally.
Pros
Equipment, office personnel, maintenance personnel
Cons
Weird time consuming locations, short loads, micromanagement

They are all about getting the load delivered. No concern for the driver. They go through dispatches like drivers, a new one every other week.
Pros
Equipment are well taken care of.
Cons
No regard for the drivers

Don't believe the hype. I am convinced they pay for all this recognition in the public.
They delete ALL the bad Google reviews they can, or report them, as they say. They do NOT listen to or care about the drivers. They micromanage you to DEATH. It's exhausting. You will game no life working there.
They are NOT a trucking company. They are a TECH company out of Lithuania. They just have their headquarters in Illinois.
Stay far away!!!
Pros
Beautiful trucks
Beautiful terminal
Showroom shop
Good at fooling everyone
Good at playing victim
Cons
Upper management running the company into the ground
They do NOT know how to run a company PERIOD

It's a nice place to work. Miscommunication and wasn't allowed to be given a warning. Instead just let go after 8 days. Really loved working here and wouldn't even give a second chance is what's their bad downfall just sucks.
