I would not recommend working for Greenpath based on my experience. First, communication between drivers and management is severely lacking. Messages often go unanswered or are significantly delayed, making it difficult to do the job effectively or get basic support. Second, the payroll situation is unacceptable. There were multiple instances where paychecks couldn’t be cashed because Greenpath's account with Wells Fargo had insufficient funds. At one point, we were directed to a check-cashing location in a strip mall—with a $50 fee just to access our own pay. Third, the equipment is outdated and poorly maintained. Trucks consistently had issues, breaking down or experiencing problems almost every other day. Lastly, leadership within operations often gets in the way of the few people who actually know the job and want to do it well. Instead of empowering capable leads, upper management interferes and creates unnecessary obstacles. It’s incredibly frustrating to work for a company contracted with the U.S. Postal Service and still feel financially unstable and unsupported. Greenpath needs serious restructuring before it can be a reliable employer.

Not a good company. Their trucks are all bought on auction, most have over 500,000 miles, and are converted to run natural gas. Basically, most of their trucks are broken down, and drivers are sitting. The equipment is in bad shape, and the shop seems really disorganized and dysfunctional. The office is filled with non-truckers, who do not understand the lifestyle. They don’t know what’s going on with their own trucks, because there is poor communication from the shop, to the office, to dispatch. Everyone is terrible. There’s a real MLM vibe. Like all the office ladies are like selling a pyramid or Ponzi scheme. It’s that same vibe. They’re basically NPC Karens who all kind of look the same, and aren’t familiar with the trucking industry. They’re like HonBots who sell essential oils. They straight out lied about assigning drivers their own trucks. They’re all poorly maintained slip seats. Run. Away.

Pros

I’m not even sure there are any. Everything they tell you that might be good is a lie.

Cons

Everything they tell you to lure you in is a lie.
