These jokers...I've never had any company try to steal my money as much as they did. They tried to charge me for their blown tires multiple times. And when I refused, they just cut my contract. They don't give a rats ### about you. They just want you to move their loads. If you don't play ball, they have 10 other applicants who don't know anything about the company to take your place.

Pros

Plenty of work for mediocre pay.

Cons

They will steal your money to maintain their equipment

Best intermodal place out there for owners. They pre-dispatch you and have private chassis. They have a lot of freight and really keep you moving.

Pros

Pre-dispatch, home daily, chassis

Cons

Text based dispatch.

The best place for owner ops that value home time and money. The have grown a lot so if you are in a new terminal be patient and they will be a giant there. They have 500 owners just in Houston alone and are the dominant player.

Pros

home everyday, great fuel surcharge, good dispatch

Cons

text to dispatch is not my fav

Home every day and get paid percentage. Plus I fell this company actually cares about its owner operators. It only has 20% turnover.

Pros

Pay, Home Time, People

Cons

You have to work 2 weeks before you get paid as a owner operator, but the sign on bonus helps during the first two weeks.
