Loved my to dispatcher. Dry van. 65 cpm - 1500+ mpw - 70 mph. Sadly this division is downsized. They're advertising for more Hopper drivers. Drivers were fired, with option to resign. DAC marked for these bogus claims. I witnessed this happen. Happens without warning, or reason. I'm in the process of disputing all mine now. Route plan is awful. All back roads, slow, too many days, and eat mpg, which is supposed to affect your bonus. Load planners have you take these back roads, at slow speed limits (25 mph east coast), miles are inaccurate, even for a small car, let alone commercial route. Claim they are practical miles, but are not. I checked. They're as the crow flies. If you manage to get tiny bonus, that's performance based, you'll get fired before they pay it out and keep it, against labor law. Get everything in writing. I was really happy at this company, until back office staff fired me, after 2 months, on bogus charges. What a waste of time!

Pros

My Dispatcher for Dryvan division has good communication. Shop dept & Service Dept are amazing. The stars are for him.

Cons

Back office staff is shading. Once was good company, until main guy passed away. Now it's just another company with Mega carrier mentality.

It is the best company I've ever worked for.. been driving 18 years and for once what they tell you an orientation is exactly what they do for their employees.

Pros

It truly is a friendly working environment . I hope to retire with this company.

Cons

So far really can't think of any if I have a problem I tell him and it's corrected to their best ability.

H&M is a horrible company they micromanage you. I have never bought showers as much as I had to buy them when I worked for H&M. They send you solutions And the vice president of the company Dale, who drives a jaguar paid by the company says if you don’t follow his fuel solution. You’re gonna cost him money and he don’t need you to work for him to get tires put on the flammable Hazmat loads their headquarters in a shopping mall good luck with H&M.

Pros

There is no pros at hm

Cons

They micromanage you to death

The best company I had a pleasure of working with. They are honest and understandable and very friendly! They are very lax on home time and they try they're best to get you home. The pay is mediocre but its not a problem.

Pros

Best company!
