I’ve been working with Hurley Xpedite for almost five years, driving a Mercedes 2500 Sprinter van. Anytime there’s been a maintenance issue, management has addressed it immediately. Safety is a top priority here, and they make sure I have everything I need on the road to make my job—and my life—easier.
Hurley isn’t a perfect company, but they are perfect for me. Everything they’ve ever told me has been spot on. As we all know in the trucking game, there are ups and downs, but for the most part, they keep me moving. I usually stay on the road two to three weeks at a time, and I bring home decent money every week.
If you’re someone who doesn’t mind driving solid miles consistently to make good money, I don’t suggest you walk to this company—you need to run and don’t look back ????♂️
Pros
Up-to-date equipment, routine maintenance, no forced dispatch, and consistent decent money every week. That’s what matters—and Hurley delivers.
Cons
Zero complaints. Zero regrets. Hurley Xpedite for life.

Mostly US and Canada freight. Usually pretty light loads. Small company. Pay is really good. You get a percent of the load instead of a flat per mile rate. I make a lot more than I did driving per mile. Equipment is really well taken care of. Dispatch is 24/7.
Pros
Small company.
Good equipment.
Pay is % of load.
