I obviously know that the lease purchase model is a scam, but I figured I would give this company a shot. I have been successful in the past over my career but that was that percentage companies. This company pays you flat rate $1.50 A mile. When you're running California to New york, I know spot market freight like that pays about $4 a mile. So do the math on how much they are taking. I did put in 6 months here to see if anything would get better, but you really are topped out on the money you can make. 3000 miles $4500/week max, then you have to subtract all deductions leaving you with about $1,000 take home. No fuel surcharge, no fuel discount. Not to mention they charge you $600 a week for maintenance, yet when you need repairs done they still charge you even though that 600 per week is supposed to cover. If you are an old man in the business with a paid off House, near retirement age, or you have a wife who makes killer money, I can see how this company has its benefits for you. Good, old school, manual, Peterbilt with chicken lights, but for me, a 30-year-old with 10 years experience, 1,000 bucks a week doesn't cut it for me.

Believe the reviews, WORST PLACE EVER!!
3 weeks before your first pay check, $2500 non refundable pet deposit.
The $1750 a week is advertised, its a hiring ploy to get butts in the seats . You may make $1,000 -$1200 if you're lucky.
Nasty terminals , dirt lots , 1 shower for everyone and vending machines.
The dispatcher and management team don't care about the driver, only about getting the load were it needs to go.
Lies , lies , lies.
If you do decide to go here because you seen a shiny truck, just know its a RENTAL, not a lease. You'll never own it.
Lots of sitting !

DON'T come here !
No one seems to know what they are doing ! No communication!
Pay is NOT what they tell you, they tell you $1750.00 a week guarentee , but you'll never see that!
Equipment is junk unless you make it 6 weeks and get a new one, and even then you're in the shop more than on the road.
They try to micro-manage everything and no one cares if you stay or leave. They'll replace you with an orientation person, no big deal.
Very shady company.
Cons
Management, pay, equipment
