The owner does not care about his company the equipment is not to standard and if you dont go over the paper work you will miss outdated inspections. They will try to bully you if you do not stand up for yourself

They have nice trucks. The communication can be a whole lot better. The maintenance what they take out. Your check every week is too high. You don't have your own special account. They put it all together and what that mean is when you quit you don't get your money back. I was very upset about that. I did a. Physical up there at the yard and they did not turn it into the state of North Carolina so I was driving out there thinking that they had turned my DOT physical paper and like they supposed to and they did not do it. I was very lucky that I didn't get stopped until because my physical had this qualification on it and it wasn't my fault
Pros
It's not a bad company to work they mechanics are not that good. Only thing I didn't like about them was if I was on the road and need something done. They didn't want to fix it. They said bring it back to the yard. Sometimes you'll want to go to the yard. You want to get it fixed right then and there and if you get caught by. Then it's on you
Cons
You got to run hard. You got to learn how to use your field. Learn how to fill up maybe three times a week so that all your money won't be up in fuel

Miles good nice trucks micromanage try and go home for funeral they call you after 5.5 hours home you dont leave the disable your truck. (Or just mine. $900-1250 is going to be your average pay here don't expect more. They say guys making 3000 here. Yes they do. BuT thats because they use there credit card to pay for fuel so there check seems bigger. Dm just randomly look at you while driving. I know. My dm called about a camera position. I questioned him how he see that. He said he was checking the weather where I was at. So yes they just at will just click a button to watch you. Perverted if your ask me. (Females stay dressed)
Pros
Pros nice pretty lights glitz and glammer trucks set up NICE
Cons
You pay for everything. Truck maintenance fund. You pay for the shop you have to get work done at the yard if you want it done at no cost. Blown tire any repairs not done at yard comes out of your settlement (your paying)

I obviously know that the lease purchase model is a scam, but I figured I would give this company a shot. I have been successful in the past over my career but that was that percentage companies. This company pays you flat rate $1.50 A mile. When you're running California to New york, I know spot market freight like that pays about $4 a mile. So do the math on how much they are taking. I did put in 6 months here to see if anything would get better, but you really are topped out on the money you can make. 3000 miles $4500/week max, then you have to subtract all deductions leaving you with about $1,000 take home. No fuel surcharge, no fuel discount. Not to mention they charge you $600 a week for maintenance, yet when you need repairs done they still charge you even though that 600 per week is supposed to cover. If you are an old man in the business with a paid off House, near retirement age, or you have a wife who makes killer money, I can see how this company has its benefits for you. Good, old school, manual, Peterbilt with chicken lights, but for me, a 30-year-old with 10 years experience, 1,000 bucks a week doesn't cut it for me.

Believe the reviews, WORST PLACE EVER!!
3 weeks before your first pay check, $2500 non refundable pet deposit.
The $1750 a week is advertised, its a hiring ploy to get butts in the seats . You may make $1,000 -$1200 if you're lucky.
Nasty terminals , dirt lots , 1 shower for everyone and vending machines.
The dispatcher and management team don't care about the driver, only about getting the load were it needs to go.
Lies , lies , lies.
If you do decide to go here because you seen a shiny truck, just know its a RENTAL, not a lease. You'll never own it.
Lots of sitting !
