Founded in 1972, IST has been providing quality service to customers throughout the United States and Canada. IST’s roots can be traced back to the 1940’s when L. Bult, Sr. purchased a dump truck and began delivering coal to homes throughout the South Chicago area. Now under the helm of third generation, IST continues to be a growing business operated by a team of veteran professionals.
Today, IST is a multi-diverse transportation firm, servicing an extensive range of industries including steel, food, aggregate, and energy.
