Lie about load information and then dont want to pay detention/layover. Had our truck sitting 8 hours and took a week to pay 125. Emmanuel the broker was not helpful and would barely respond.

Their policy of not paying tonu on empty trailer moves for owner operator is not justified. I advice its logistics to change this policy because they are miss using some one services and not paying them for there efforts. I want a 5star service from drivers but for free . Its logistics, think about it. And pay someone's hard work . Stealing is crime and never justified

This MFrs can come up with any bullshit just to reduce ur already cheap rate. Dont work with these crooks. The more truckers get together and stop hauling for these scam bags faster they go out of business.

Pros

Dont book cheap loads from them

Cons

Cheap busters

They still owe my father $50 for hauling their trailer and they are ghosting me after I am owed for a layover. As soon as the load is completed, they ghost the carrier and refuse to respond. We will be taking legal action if we do not hear back by 5pm.

Hauled many loads with ITS. It started off great, but then they started forgetting to add detention to the rate cons or missed lumpers. We have been fighting with them about loads from last year. They all act like they want to help, but no one comes through. Can't ever reach anyone in Finance. We have been short paid a few times and lumpers that we paid were not paid back even though they were added to the rate con. I email Finanace only to get the same generic response back 3 weeks later. Might be fine to pull a load here or there with them, but don't get in too deep.
