Pour communications with driver. They have a new system and its crap. Gave me a load and i didnt get it til the morning the disbatch had to resend it. They got mad cuz i didnt get it. Yiu screw up once and your gone.

With the cold weather there for sometimes 6 months out of the year Summers are spent trying to recoup all those cold icy wind blowing snowing days

I spent many years with this company and they'd rather you did your restarts in the yard. Because they want to put fear in employees. Manager brags about how many poeple he's fired.
