Worst experience in my trucking career. The VP, and my dispatcher were brothers and would give loads with expectations that were meant for team drivers. I tried telling them that I can’t travel 71 mph the whole way but they didn’t care. And the other dispatchers get to be as rude and snarky as they want, they’re the typical women with zero accountability or self-awareness. Apparently I should’ve quit before I got a 15mph over the speed limit ticket because now they won’t rehire me for that and also according to them I was rude on the phone. I was merely rude BACK after they were rude and snarky to me. Also a time that my dispatcher woke me up because he didn’t read his messages I sent shouldn’t count because that’s the whole reason I sent him the message before I went to sleep. Zero accountability from everyone but the mechanics. They just don’t care about trucker and they show it.

Truckers don’t matter here.

It’s a good small company. Run a lot of 11 western and California loads. No micromanagement. Decent pay and home time. The only real drawback with this company is they sometimes have a slow spell as far as finding loads. There will be times you’ll have to wait 1-2 days for a load, especially in California.
Pros
Good dispatch, new equipment, good home time, decent pay.
Cons
Occasionally waiting a day or two for a load.
