NEVER trust them. Katie is an amazing dispatcher, that's the only good thing about the company. Got into a wreck & wasn't on their insurance but was using their DOT/MC to run loads. They were aware I needed to be on insurance & I wasn't, when they told me it was 6000 to be on their insurance plus whatever my own insurance was to fill in the gaps needed on my own personal coverage I told them I can't afford that. They attempted to withhold my check while I was running a load back South from up North. Then when I ran out of gas & had no money they said they were giving me the withheld paycheck as an advance. Then they said they were holding the next weeks check plus the remainder of the first check because they were waiting to hear about the accident. Got paid a portion of the last 2 checks but am still missing money I'm owed. When I asked about it they said they'll send me my money once they figure out what's going on with the wreck. NOWHERE in the contract does it state they can withhold funds for ANY reason. ON TOP OF ALL THAT they told me if my insurance company asks I need to tell them I was just running a load in a state I had no authority in and was NOT operating under their information even though I was.
