No vacation pay. Your loyalty is nothing to them. They are supposed to pay for passed inspections, but they often don't. And you will have a lot of inspections. JFI has a reputation with DOT with their old trucks. I asked an officer if I did anything wrong. He said "You're JFI, you're going to be pulled in." If you are not on to their shops about anything illegal, the police will notice it. And the shops get tired of seeing you.

Pros

You are always in South Dakota once a week. If they anger you, it is field goal range for quitting.

Cons

Poor maintenance. Every shop messes up what the other shop did to it.

Seemed good until I figured out they were illegally recording me 24/7 and watching on their cameras. They record, and can, and do watch whoever they want at anytime!

Family oriented, down right best company I have ever driven for and I've been driving 24 years. Go out of there way for drivers.
