Salary
Jordan Carriers offers its employees the following pay and benefits:
- Starting pay .48 – .54 cpm dispatched miles
- An additional .02 cpm safety bonus every month
- Additional .05 cpm performance bonus each month
- $35 tarp pay
- $25 bonus for passing D.O.T. inspections
- $15 bonus for each extra delivery or pick up stop
- Over sized loads pay an extra 05 cpm in states that do not allow night travel and you are required to shut down in that state
- Orientation pay is $100 – $150 per day based on experience and all expenses are paid: Travel, motel, and meals
- Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, Alwayscare vision insurance, and Guardian dental insurance are offered. Aflac policies are also available
- Sunlife short term disability insurance and Lincoln life insurance are 100% employer paid
- Operating area is 36 states: I-35 Texas –Minnesota and back east with 80% of our loads below I-40
- Tractors are all less than 3 years old
- We have a no rider/no pet policy
- $200 minimum pay for short hauls
- We strive to get drivers home most weekends
- Paid vacation after one year
- Home for all major holidays
- Direct deposit weekly
- Our drivers average 9,000 miles per month
- Any load delivered during the work week M-F automatically goes to your paycheck (bill of lading can be scanned up to 24 hours after delivery)
- Fleet Managers have no more than 30 drivers on their boards
