I was leased on to them few years ago but had to switch careers due to my personal reasons. It was the best experience I had while working for these guys. The CEO is a a type of person that is super rare in this industry. He and his team will go out of their own ways to help you out and build a healthy relationship with you. Trailers were great, never had an issue getting them repaired. All legal ELD miles and operations, great dispatch too. I would recommend anyone I know to come here and work. In all, a great place to work!

Great place to work, made friends here that felt like family. They are wonderful for trucking industry. I wish more companies were like this one. Great pay weekly, good trucks run 70 mph and up, have few shop locations and no problem getting you repaired on the road or getting you a room if your truck is in shop overnight or something. Great dispatch for most part, I had one that I requested to switch someone I worked better with and they were accommodating. Office staff is awesome and polite and they all became my friends and now my family. YOU ARE NOT A NUMBER HERE. Have an issue they will try to fix it. Been over 4 months here and it is BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOR. LOVE THIS COMPANY.

JRV is a great company to work for. These are good people willing to help you everytime. It's a nice family atmosphere with strong comradery with other drivers. Payment is one of the highest in the industry and all paychecks are consistent coming every weekend. Thankful to be a part as owner operator.

Hands down one of the best companies out there. I'm currently leasing a truck from them and experience has been very good. I go all the states without being forced dispatched. Friendly dispatch and all office staff that will help you with any problems that may arise. Even in the slower freight market I keep moving. At times I'm doing loads that I normally would stay away from but this is what you have to do to survive in the slower market

The company is not for the lazy ones! If you can't make money here, you are either lazy or don't know what you're doing. You can work with dispatchers or self-dispatch yourself and I've been doing both lately as the freight market slowed this winter and need all hands on deck. Never had any issues reaching anyone if I had to put a truck in the shop, make payments or issues with loads. Orientation took 1 day and I was able to get 2023 cascadia. Terms are long for this truck but only time will tell if I can pull off this lease. Adam is my dispatcher and he's been working hard to get me best loads possible. They're a smaller outfit and have that family atmosphere, love it so far
