I was there for 15 yrs plus a million miler, my wife had a bad accident at home hospitalized had surgeries 50+ days in hospital had to go past Fmla came back busted me down from top pay to bottom pay lost vacations start all over again, and the extreme micromanaging the company is doing now, so I moved on I left less 2 months ago and happy
Pros

All trucking companies can stand improvement in today's economy...To many rules set for drivers
Insurance companies and regulations cause pressures on company and driver.

A road warrior is their goal.
If your not, don't apply!
This is my experience with them.
Late shippers and dispatching but you better not be late with already tight delivery schedules! Orientation stresses this!
Cons
Bad dispatchers and management
1 star!

Company is straightforward and honest from my experience; I haven't been here all too long but my DM keeps me running nicely; biggest zonk on this company is thier choice in truck and quality of the shop. The shop itself isn't too bad as a whole for appearance but it's main issue is not fixing issues with trucks until they become major failures or they are annoyed enough with you asking about said issue, the shop techs want to help drivers but are genuinely limited by "policies" being enforced by the shop manager to save pennies at best. The company as a whole doesn't mind spending money on drivers but the shop sure does, sadly. Spec of the freightliner tractors are not great either if I'm being honest; interior has no plugs only cig lighter style power ports; 1000w inverter so TV and microwave can't run at the same time (not a deal breaker but annoying) but this truck has more than lived up to the name of "freightshaker"; any imperfections on the road and this things is throwing it self around; shaking things off countertops mounts and holes, I would love to see them go back to Peterbilts.
Pros
Good Miles and consistent accounts.
Cons
Freightliner Tractors.
