P.O.S. COMPANY! Grossly mismanaged! Equipment is not safe, lacks proper maintenance! Overall pay is low! Chicken is this company's top product to haul! Hurry up to the stinking chicken plant, then wait for 12 to 24+ hours for the load to be ready, then at the last minute to make the delivery on time 500 - 700 miles away!

Average but youre going to lose sleep. This includes using personal convience to leave a shipper due to no overnight parking after picking up a load. Pray you dont have to sweep out the trailor cause they dont give you time for that either. They dont give you time for anything and barely schedual the loads with enough time to delivor when they do that.
