I started working for them in April of 2021 set it off company driver at 55 cent per mile I had two raises since then ended up at 65 com..we are now in October 2021 I'm a lease purchase owner operator already I have no problems with how they take care of their equipment never been denied service trailers are taking care of if you're on the road by TA when I call into the fleet manager approved within minutes for whatever needs to be repaired tractor well my personal tractor is taking care of by Ryder anytime I have to pull in usually no issues only time was one location and that was just due to the fact that it was holiday time and I had to schedule out a month later second location that it was sent to not an issue whatsoever they even went beyond and replaced all of my tires for me anytime I ask go home I'm set home if you're OTR you're out 2 weeks you can be home for 3 days I typically stay out a month I go home anywhere from 4 days to a week never had a problem I love my dispatcher have the same dispatcher since I started from OTR company driver over to owner operator managers are all very helpful pleasant all the way up to the owner and yes you actually get to talk to the owner of this company because it is a smaller company they know you by name when you call in they greet you by your name not by your truck... I'm trying to update my review underneath where it says trailer that says false I don't know what that pertains to I drive a dry van so I don't know what that pertains to we only have dry Vans we do not have reefers or flatbeds I do have a tanker endorsement so they do do tanker loads as long as it's in a drive-in

Pros

make you feel like family will help you out if you're in a jam pleasant even when you're not they offer medical dental vision if you want it I have occupational hazard lots of pros

Cons

Honestly I really haven't found any cons yet if I have to say any probably don't get dispatched to some of the areas I would like to go to but I think that's more on what the brokers paying for that area at the time and the type of product I'm carrying because it's not a reefer
