I’ve been driving OTR for KA Logistics for a couple of years. Work is steady, pay is fair, and management is generally professional and supportive. Trucks are mostly well-maintained, and safety is a priority. The downsides are occasional slow communication from dispatch and some paperwork/load instructions can be confusing. Also, being OTR means long stretches away from home. Overall, a reliable company for CDL A drivers who want consistent OTR work.

I’ve been driving for KA Logistics out of Bolingbrook for a good while now. Solid company — good miles, fair pay, and they actually take care of their equipment. Dispatch respects drivers and works with you, not against you. No complaints here.

I’ve been working with KA Logistics for a while now as a regional driver, and overall it’s been a solid company to drive for. Like any job, there are pros and cons, but if you’re looking for a smaller outfit that treats you like a person and not just a truck number, this is a good place.

Great place to work! I’ve been driving for KA Logistics for two years now, and I even brought my two best buddies here as well. I can honestly say we’re all happy to be part of the team. I appreciate how they treat you like a human being, and even during the most stressful times, the dispatchers remain professional and calm.

I drove for KA Logistics Inc. out of Bolingbrook, IL for a little over 8 years, and it was a great experience. The dispatch team was professional and respectful, and I always felt like I was treated fairly. Equipment was well-maintained, and the company stayed on top of safety and compliance. Pay was consistent and on time. Overall, a solid company to work for if you're looking for stability and good communication on the road.
