I once would have said it was a great company but no longer. I left them last week after over 10 years driving for them. Massive pay cuts, 6 weeks behind on pay, refused to properly fix a badly power derated truck. On top we lost medical insurance and once got med back only told new drivers to avoid enrollment and paying our portion as long as possible! I was senior driver, top dog yet still pissed on .. what does that tell all of you? Run!!!

Pros

Non

Cons

Absolutely everything about them now

Company is trying hard to get drivers to quit. Pay is 6 days late. Imagine hoping for your check on Friday right before Christmas, only to have Kam email you about depositing your check the day after Christmas on 12/26. Worked for KamWay 2.5 years, ran away. You should too

Pros

Hopefully a new truck

Cons

Bad dispatchers. Bad eld clock system & management. No hometime No detention pay.

They don't pay on time at all, pay is supposed to be on fridays I've only been paid twice on time out of 10 weeks.

Pros

Cons

Holding your pay is enough, I'd never reccomend this company to any driver.

I had cancer and the moment my FMLA was up they fired me. They didn’t give me the option to stay or do something else while I figure out my cancer. They just fired me didn’t even call. Thank you nothing.

Pros

There are no pros/ beside you’re working

Cons

There are none of those either

Stay away pay is weeks late, health insurance cancelled, fuel cards always off and no money to fix equipment. Was working for them about a year they keep cutting pay. The dry load planner has no idea what he is doing. He plans you on loads that you don’t have hours to make on time delivery.

Pros

Run for the hills so many other companies to work for

Cons

Low or no pay Bad planners Bad owner No fuel No health
