Great Company to Work For! I've been driving with Keen Cargo for a while now, and I can honestly say it's one of the best companies I've worked for in the trucking industry. Dispatch is respectful and easy to communicate with, the equipment is well-maintained, and they keep me moving with good miles. I’m giving 5 stars overall, but if I could rate just home time separately, I’d give it 4 stars—not because of the company, but because I miss my family and wish I could be home more. But I understand that I’m out here to make money, and Keen Cargo makes sure I do. They treat drivers like family, not just a number. If you're looking for a company that respects your time and effort, Keen Cargo is the place to be.

I got a terrible experience with Keen Cargo after doing business with them for a short period of time. As an owner-operator, I heard that you're going to end up paying your Dispatch's mortgage even without you knowing. Don't ask why? because I found out that Dispatch will pick a $1500 load and pay you $1000. with that said, your dispatcher becomes your financial abuser.. They should be ashamed of themselves for doing this. Acting like we don’t know nothing, On the other side of the scam, they always refuse to show you the rate confirmation, and it's for pretty obvious reasons so they can manipulate you. and play with your money. If you are an owner-operator or leased to a carrier paid on a percentage basis, the carrier is required under 49 CFR §376.12(g) to provide you with a copy of the rated freight bill or a document containing that information at the time of settlement. Keen Cargo is required to provide this under federal regulation. however, they break the law.. I would highly recommend avoiding this scam carrier, not to mention they have notoriously bad reviews all over the place. Drivers, don't waste your time. Their dispatches suck. crooked management. I hope someone comes in here and guts this place.

This company is the biggest scam that I’ve ever seen. I worked with them for a short period, and they were scamming me left and right, and when I confronted them with reality, they showed me their true colors when I wanted to negotiate. No one wants to cooperate while you’re telling them their nasty truth about what they’re doing; they should be ashamed and embarrassed. I’ll make sure to announce their name on social media, so eventually they will end up with no drivers. Don’t waste your time with this company at the first game. They play nice with you, but once you’re on board, they’ll start scamming you in a sneaky way, and when you tell them, “What is this?” they’ll make lots of cases to flip you off while they speak some kind of Russian language, but when you speak with them in English, they speak, but they act like they don’t understand. If you see their sign and they are offering you a job, the best advice I would give you is to turn your face the other way and run away.

‎‏The pros of this company the office at second floor. It’s clean and well organized, parking area doesn’t seem terribly bad, Safety departments sometimes you call they do really show that they’re there to help speaking some of the cons. Firstly, the Dispatch is totally garbage. I mean literally. I would not mention any names here, sometimes they show you some contempt and disrespectful manner, a lot of interruptions throughout the conversation, which I think that’s lack of professionalism or education, and being an incompetent. all that goes towards their Dispatch. but just to hoping that the owner would consider those feedback from the drivers, definitely you’re not gonna make as much your going to make with other carrier. I don’t know what core cause of it. as I’m reading reviews from other drivers which drivers keep saying no rate confirmation, stealing fraud etc. so I would not roll that out, so that’s something notorious. i’ve worked with them for a little while, and I would not recommend Keen Cargo whatsoever. I highly suggested to go elsewhere.

DRIVER'S BEWARE!!! You have to make 7,000 dollars to earn 2k . They are dishonest . I started with a dispatcher who was fired for poor work causing me to go negative. They will leave you stranded in the state of Michigan with no way home once there done with you. Currently looking for a way home now a week before Christmas in the winter..I put in my two weeks notice and they fired me a week later, lying saying that I was just swapping trucks. I Ran over 4k miles in a week for this "company" with supposedly 24 dollars owed from previous week and my profit was 48 dollars...(which they didn't pay)I wish I could leave a lower ranking.. I also had a load that paid 2700 but they only added 2200 to my check (which was eaten away in"fees)and I never saw the 500. I have proof of everything I say documents even recordings. PLEASE DRIVERS STAY AWAY.
