Sadly I've wasted quite some time here. absolutely worst company to work with. number one sure dispatchers sucks. no experience. because they play games with the drivers. they don't count all the Miles. I have to to ask the dispatcher numerous times about the detention hours every time gave me an a stupid excuse. which is basically nothing but lies. they will put you back on the end of the waiting list. they hold a few paychecks at the beginning and then significantly low paychecks comparing to other trucking companies. they are expecting you to work 2 to 3 weeks in a row with very minimal paychecks. I have a friend who is an owner ops used to work with them he was deliberately pushed out of business due to the low wages. he had a horrifying experience they don’t show the Rate Con, so they can rip you off. off of each load. constant lies. So, for those of you as an owner Ops or driver’s thinking to join in this toxic environment be aware of that. very poor management skills. I hope I never see a drivers to work here. so they could run out of business and learned their lessons. so be aware. don't be fooled by some of their good reviews I heard it from a trusted source that most of those good reviews are probably by dispatchers or the owner himself. inexpedient unwise to work here. stay way from KEEN CARGO!

I forgot to Read their Reviews before joing This Criminal gang of thieves. Totally incompetent and Fraud. They held my pay. So I contacted several Past employees n preparing a Class Action Law Suit to put these Criminals in Jail. I got 20 years of Experience my Advice do Not work for these Criminals.

KEEN CARGO I will sum up that they’re not really Keen about their drivers. This company is a joke. Every trip, I have hassles with the loads and the dispatch. I drive miles and miles for free. Completely failed management. All I used to say to the dispatch was that I was not making money that was worth the effort. Do you know what the dispatch answers? I have no right to make money because I do not have a college degree. Can you believe how much of a disaster this is? The company is above the joke and above the nonsense. also no home time I strongly recommend staying away from this joke company.

Owner op be careful with this company, unless you slip them a few under the table they would only help their friends with good loads and rob you. Be very carfeul when using this carrier. You will get the run around and incorrect Miles. Do not work here!!!!! Very un professional and will cheat you out of your money.

I worked here for two years. I came here from a company driver position and was worried I won't make any money as an owner operator but it was quite the opposite. The first few months were little bit harder because I had to learn how to drive as an owner-op but with the help of the dispatcher and recruiter I got the hang of it and the money started to come in. I could count on my hands the number of weeks that I brought less than 2k a week. I highly recommend working here because the miles aren't crazy, rate per mile is good, communication is excellent and the team really wants to help you make money here. A couple of my friends are still working with Keen.
