I’m not proud of my job history I’ve been the grass is greener on the other side and all I got was lies from other companies but I actually can say the grass is greener here at Kennesaw This is my second time back at Kennesaw they are great set of people they work with you they actually do care about their drivers your not just a number if your thinking of coming here and want a forever home this is right place for you!!!

Dispatchers are very good at being polite but are really lying to your face and some of their excuses are very insulting. Mechanics will tell you straight faced that they fixed the issue and yet it’s like they never touched it ! Team drivers are psychopaths and shouldn’t be behind the wheel, and now they are hiring drivers who can’t speak English and want to to trust them to drive ! They also make up company rules that aren’t written down anywhere and act like you are stupid for not knowing ! Can’t say anything positive about this company except that they smile at you while they tell you lies !! They had good equipment but their mechanics couldn’t take care of them, and now they are changing them to junk freighters !!!

Pros

When asked for a day off , they gave me two weeks off and claimed that they had no loads but kept others rolling !

Cons

Driving away all the good drivers and don’t think this company will be around in two years !!

They are a good company. Spot on with equipment maintenance on the road and at the yard. Dispatch is respectful and very much willing to work with you. Family own/run business small business that does well by their employees.
