Been here 8 years always top miles and no safety issues and on time with loads. Recently about 2 weeks ago informed all solo drivers that they were going to force them to drive team. They are currently starving me out of my miles so low I’m having to search for another job. Any drivers out there know of any companies hiring in ga area that can run a 10 year experienced driver with decent miles? Clean driving record, drug and alcohol free, non smoker

They’re nice to you while trying to destroy your livlihood

Cons

No miles for solo drivers, dispatchers not very experienced, seem to. Be biased toward female drivers, maintenance for solo drivers trucks substandard and truck washes non existent

Really only a team company. They have solos but o don’t recommend them for that. Best if you team with your significant other or someone you live with.

Pros

Pay, dispatch, new trucks, 70mph limiter most of the trucks don’t have all those annoying safety features.

Cons

Trailers could use extra care. It’s not near as much drop and hook as you would want. Have to leave your truck at the terminal.

Overall Kennesaw is a good company they try to do what’s right by their drivers…. one of the first things that was told to me and my wife was that they wanted us to retire with them

Miles have decreased rapidly. Not sure about job stability at this time. Mostly run teams here. Not a lot of drop and hook, mostly sitting for days for loading and unloading.

Cons

A lot of sitting waiting to be loaded can’t really make a living like this
