Good pet rider policy. The facility in Rydal has great views. People are nice and respectful. Driver’s appreciation lunches are good. Teams run great here.

Kennesaw Transportation is not in the trucking business, they are in converting you into a member of " The Church of Kennesaw business" because they'll fire you when you don't represent their church, since we got fired for not load related offense but it was a the Church of Kennesaw offense for not representing their church. They're proudly tell you in the orientation about their Bible study, drivers getting baptized to their church, church weddings by their church, etc. Never been late in our pick up and delivery of load assigbed, never damage their equipment, never hurt anyone but a false accusation from another trucker because we didn't represent The Kennesaw Church.

It really hurts when you're supposedly christian company and preach Jesus character all day long how to be loving, forgiving, etc. but don't give a chance to their top producers team to speak their story of what actually happened based from the stranger call who can tell a h#ll of a story ( video doesnt do justice).Mind you we DID NOT damage their equipment, nobody got hurt, never steal but a mistake that could be categorized as level 3 warning ( safety reason) hubby got out the truck telling the other trucker how to get out from the mess he created who is trying to make a left turn from right lane and got fired from it? And i was tag from the termination because i was married to him, though i did nothing? What an injustice world. Now we found out that no trucking company will touch us because of the word "termination" unless we completed the 6 months to 1 year clean driving record. Hubby beg if they can change the wording so we will be hireable but they won't answer our call and don't budge. Hubby's 18 years of cleaned driving record just ruined by this supposedly Christian company. It sucks living in a safety first world ( woke) production last. Bless their little heart!

Orientation was disorganized. From my experience companies that say they’re Christian family oriented, usually aren’t. The devil runs this company with the little confederate guy in gray on the side of the trailer. Owner op for 8 years and was looking for a company job. Dispatcher told me I couldn’t bobtail to truck stop, it would mess with my hours but sure take a company van. Fact is I don’t like truck stops, but sitting at a nasty terminal isn’t exactly what I hope for everyday. Even went out of their way to put a comment on DAC report. Truck assigned to was filthy. Amazes me that everyone in trucking industry talk like ghetto thugs and have the same disposition and unprofessional but don’t like being spoken back to the same way. I ran 8 years as an owner, was home when I needed to be took as much time off as I wanted. Company won’t even let you have 3 days off every 2 weeks. Pay needs to go up too. Quit using brokers for freight and you’ll be able to pay your drivers more.
