Stay away! Absolutely anything bad for the employee is here in huge amounts. Bad equipment, worked every weekend, nothing you ever do is appreciated, management definitely does not have your back at all on anything . I literally cannot even think of one good thing. I ran a regional sleeper truck and what a circus! Did everything they wanted and never had an issue except 2 made up ones at the same customer where if your boss would check that was pretty easy to figure out. Anyway no other problems like wrong product in tank or accidents call ins etc. Got fired and no one knows why, no paperwork nothing. Never found out what that was about, people that were there when I was still ask if I ever found out . Worked for them about 6 years , watched a lot of things happen to good people that shouldn't have. They even tried to fight my unemployment based on a lie, that was easy to prove with some hard cor evidence that I turned over to the state and it was all over at that point. I got my unemployment is one whole check. Trucked for 6 million accident free at that point. Was on the wi road team 4 years straight. So if you want to get abused sign up. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for.

Pros

None whatsoever.

Cons

See above, if I kept going with everything I do not t think the battery in my phone would ever last long enough.

Home everyday but I do work nights. I make 28 an hour and 29 after a year with overtime after 40. I get between 50 and 60 a week. When it’s busy in the summer I can work more up to 70 hours a week. Work 5 on and 2 off then 5 on and 3 off so I’m always rotating days off. They do that cause nobody wants to work weekends. Equipment is 5-7 year old tractors some have up to 450000 miles on them so there’s always issues. Dispatch kinda sucks they a bit sloppy. Not a bad company they do pay well and have the work. Making up to 90k a year and being able to see my family everyday I give this company a 4 star review. The positives outweighs the negatives even though there some negatives.
