The dispatchers themselves aren’t bad. The upper management is. They are lying pieces of ####. I was warned by other drivers about non payment the first week I was there. I was kind of desperate for a job so I stayed. The problems started literally when time came for first paycheck. After 2 days of calling Irina I think her name is, I finally got paid. Then another week passed and no pay. I spent the entire following week working and calling them nonstop, arguing with that witch for my pay. After 2 weeks without pay I did what I had to do, which I will not disclose. Bottom line is they had to pay me, they did and I was out. Irina is a lying pos who tries to gaslight you into believing they paid you when in fact they didn’t. Stay far far away from this company. They owe other drivers thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars.
Cons
Work for free, old horrible equipment, and worst of all, it’s a Ukrainian owned company out of Chicago

Do not work for this company. They will steal 3 to 4 paychecks, by making you wait 3 weeks to get your first check, then they fire you. I'm in process of reporting their illegal load info reporting methods. And illegal log practices.

They will work without paying. Saying it's paperwork and soon you will get. 4 weeks in without paying I left. I'm in the process of sueing for the 8000 they didn't pay.

All positive reviews on "indeed" are made by the management itself in order to lure new drivers.
They don't pay. They even have problems every other day to fuel their trucks. Drivers here come and go faster than the socks are getting changed.
They have 3 hub locations: PA, CA, and main hub/office in IL.
The company's strategy is this: They hire new drivers. The drivers drive usually 3 weeks without pay (and you sign the contract that your first paycheck will be in 3 weeks). Then, if you're lucky, you might get 1 payment for 1 week, just to make you think that everything is ok, and you keep driving. By the time the driver realizes the problem, they already owe him $4000 -$6000. Then, frustrated drivers leave, and the process repeates with newcomers.

Stay away from KLM. They owe me over $4200 dollars. Having a hard time getting my money. Plus they have the DEF system disabled from the trucks.
Cons
They don't pay their drivers
